Genderscope is an award-winning, London-based consultancy, working internationally. We provide an innovative approach, unique services and ongoing support, promoting progressive gender equality leadership in business.
Our society is constantly changing. As we become more dynamic and gender diverse, so do businesses need to better reflect and embrace emerging gender trends and respond to the needs of current and next-generation employees and clients.
Gender is an undercurrent organising component of everyday life, affecting dynamics in the workplace. Understanding gender is crucial to a business' success. According to World Economic Forum, The Advocate Group, McKinsey & Company and Workplace Gender Equality Agency, companies who prioritise gender equality and diversity show:
Improvement in productivity and economic growth.
Decrease in turnover.
Better managerial decision making and problem-solving.
Increase in employees' engagement, satisfaction and performance.
Improved reputation with audience, employees and potential talent pool.
We at Genderscope provide consultancy services to support your understanding of the gender dimension in your organisational culture, executive decision making and HR processes. We are here to make sure that your business will not only improve It's level of gender ratings, but will become an inclusive, progressive and sustainable leader of gender diversity in your sector.
Designed for staff, HR team and leadership, our workshops explore gender as a powerful tool. Participants undergo a process learning how to recognise, interact and utilise the gender element in the workplace to create a progressive, inclusive and diverse organisational culture.
